Job summary

Gemini Personnel is seeking a high-calibre finance professional for a leading electronics contract manufacturing client. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost productivity, and intercompany transfers, driving financial performance across site and customers.

The role requires 7–10 years in manufacturing/MNCs, strong SAP and MS Office skills, and deep knowledge of forecasting, costing, and managerial accounting, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related fields.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Broad knowledge of an electronic manufacturing environment and processes.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and multinational environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• In-depth knowledge of financial forecasting, costing and managerial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly/quarterly/annual budgeting, forecasting and financial bridging.
• Lead cost productivity projects reviews and validate savings.
• Coordinate intercompany site on business transfers.
• Perform quotation reviews, financial modeling and scenario simulations.
• Manage critical accounting processes, inventory, costing, IFRS 15 revenue recognition, warranties.
