Job summary

Confidential Search is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with Finance and other departments to provide insights, monitor performance, and support management decision-making.

The role focuses on budgeting, variance analysis, cost management, and financial reporting, with exposure to Power BI, ERP systems, and cross-functional projects. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Relevant FP&A experience, financial analysis, management accounting or similar.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost analysis knowledge.
• Proficient Excel; Power BI and ERP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate budgets, forecasts and financial projections.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability and cost movements.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, cost per unit and variances.
• Track KPIs and provide insights to support decisions.
• Develop financial models, dashboards and analyses for management.
