Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Finance professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for a manufacturing multinational. You will partner with business and operations to drive profitability and cost productivity, while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

The role requires a strong background in accounting, forecasting, and cost analysis, with excellent communication across regional teams. Expect a dynamic, performance-driven environment with regional exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, multinational environment preferred.
• Knowledge of financial forecasting, costing, and managerial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, and annual closing responsibilities.
• P&L ownership for customers/sites and monthly reviews with operations.
• Drive cost productivity improvements and profitability.
• Support intercompany transfers, pricing reviews, and financial modeling.
• Coordinate with FP&A teams to ensure data transparency.
• Account for inventory costing and IFRS 15 revenue recognition; strengthen balance sheet controls.
• Conduct weekly cost tracking and management reviews.

• Responsible for monthly/Quarterly/annual budgeting, forecasting
• Responsible for site/customer level financial bridging and deep dive analysis.
• Ownership for Customer P&Ls and financial profitability therein. Responsible for Leading monthly site/customer level P&L reviews with business and operation team.
• Be a finance business partner with business/operation to drive cost productivity improvement and profitable growth.
• Responsible for cost productivity projects reviews and saving validation.
• Coordinates with intercompany site on business transfers.
• Quotation and repricing reviews, financial modeling and scenarios simulation.
• Responsible for managing timely month/quarter/year end closing, costing and reporting.
• Responsible for critical accounting process, inventory management, costing, IFRS 15 revenue recognition, Warranty and other accounting stardards.
• Perform monthly critical balance sheet reconciliation and reviews.
• Weekly cost tracking and management.
• Proactively coordinate with corporate and region FP&A to ensure data transparency.
• Ownership for innovation, thinking out of box and driving for process simplification and automation
• Other Adhoc. Assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related fields.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a requiredandin a Multi-national environment & culture is important.
• SAP is a plus.
• Broad knowledge of an electronic manufacturing environment and processes is abonus.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial forecast, costing and managerial accounting.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Work proactively and provide recommendations.

• Fluent in Spoken English is required.
