Job summary

Neuron Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior FP&A/Manager to own corporate finance, FP&A and project finance analysis, reporting to the CFO and business leadership. This is an individual contributor role with strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration across finance and commercial teams.

You will translate financial data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions and drive budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory or strategy consulting.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central or similar.
• Experience with FP&A tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights or Prophix is an advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA or CPA is an advantage.
• Experience within a system integrator, technology or IT solutions company is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports, variance analysis and performance insights.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for P&L and cash flow.
• Develop P&L, margin and cost analysis across business units.
• Drive manpower and project cost planning with department heads.
• Build financial models, scenarios and sensitivity analysis for business decisions.
• Support the CFO with board materials, investment papers and executive reports.
• Develop project costing and financial models covering NPV, IRR, DCF and payback.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, projects and commercial proposals.
• Conduct financial due diligence and assess project feasibility.
• Support pricing strategy, deal structuring and contract economics.
• Translate project and technical requirements into financial impact and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:
