Responsibilities

Job description

This role supports financial planning and analysis across the organisation, working with budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and monthly management reporting. You will perform variance analysis, consolidate financial and operational data, and prepare insights for stakeholders. The position involves partnering with Customer Operations and other business units on financial performance management, providing ad-hoc analysis, and supporting business cases and investment evaluations. You will also contribute to finance transformation and process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and monthly management reporting
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities

• Assist in preparing management presentations, dashboards, and financial insights for stakeholders

Requirements

• University degree, major in Accounting or Finance
• Relevant experience in FP&A, process improvement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a degree of ambiguity
• Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• SAP, Workday Adaptive Planning is considered a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
