Job summary

OrgScale Recruitment Malaysia is seeking a highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, uncovering business insights, and translating complex financial information into actionable recommendations.

You will play a key role in management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of FP&A, finance analysis, management reporting, or commercial finance experience.
• Big 4 experience is preferred.
• Strong numerical and data-reconciliation skills.
• Ability to translate financial findings for non-finance stakeholders.
• Independent and proactive with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate management reports based on business needs.
• Perform variance analysis on revenue, costs, and key drivers.
• Monitor performance trends and provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Analyze KPIs, FX gain/loss, and profitability for opportunities and risks.
