Job summary

OrgScale Recruitment Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making. You will transform data into actionable recommendations and partner with stakeholders to enhance business performance.

You will lead management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement across functions. This role offers a fully remote setup with strong professional growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of FP&A, finance analysis, or management reporting experience.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven insights.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets with financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnering abilities.
• Independent, proactive problem solver with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely management reports based on business and leadership requirements.
• Perform variance analysis on revenue, profitability, costs, merchant fees, and key drivers.
• Monitor performance trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across business units.
• Validate data across systems, investigate discrepancies, and improve reporting reliability.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Marketing, Commercial and Management teams to drive reporting improvements.
