Job summary

Hyppies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior FP&A professional with 7–10 years of experience to own global financial planning, forecasting and performance management.

You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term planning across multinational operations, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. You will challenge assumptions, develop financial models and scenarios, and present recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of FP&A, commercial finance, or related experience.
• Experience in an MNC environment with regional or global stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Able to influence and engage senior leaders.
• Independent and commercially minded, owning the role end-to-end.
• Strong analytical, modelling and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Are you an experienced FP&A professional who enjoys being the finance voice in business decisions, rather than simply reporting the numbers?

We’re looking for a Senior FP&A professional with 7-10 years of experience to take ownership of global financial planning, forecasting and performance management for a multinational organisation.

The Role

• Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecast and long-term planning processes across global operations.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand business drivers, assess performance and provide actionable financial insights.
• Challenge assumptions and business plans commercially, particularly during budgeting and forecasting, to ensure targets are realistic and sustainable.
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Present financial performance, forecasts and recommendations confidently to senior management.
• Drive improvements across FP&A processes, reporting, automation and financial planning tools.
• Act as a key finance partner across multiple regions and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial planning, management reporting or business performance.
• MNC / multinational environment experience with exposure to regional or global stakeholders.
• Strong command of English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident stakeholder manager who can influence, challenge and engage senior business leaders.
• Independent, composed and commercially minded – someone who can own the role end-to-end as a sole contributor.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders and bringing structure to complex business discussions.
