Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Limited in Malaysia is seeking a Fleet HSSEQ Quality Manager to drive quality across operations and projects. You will lead audits, NCR management, and continuous improvement within the IMS and ISO frameworks.

Reporting to the Group HSSEQ Head, you will shape fleet-wide quality strategy, approve procedures, and mentor teams while engaging with clients and regulators to ensure audit readiness and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in nautical studies, engineering or a related field.
• COC Class 1 Master/Engineer certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet and group quality performance, drive non-conformance management and audit readiness.
• Oversee HiPo incidents, LTI, and environmental breaches with root cause analysis.
• Establish and maintain quality standards aligned with regulations and clients.
• Manage IMS QA section: approve procedures, work instructions and forms.
• Develop fleet-wide quality strategy, policy and annual objectives.
• Prepare for major external audits and coordinate evidence gathering.
• Govern master audit finding register and challenge delays in closures.
• Lead supplier quality governance and NCR trend analysis.

Education

Degree in Nautical Studies, Engineering or any relevant degree
