PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd in Malaysia seeks a Fleet HSSEQ Quality Manager to lead fleet and group quality performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure audit readiness across operations and projects.

You will oversee NCRs, perform root-cause analyses using TapRooT and 5-Why, manage ISO/ISM reviews, and align quality strategy with client and regulatory requirements while engaging senior leadership.

Formación

• Degree in Nautical Studies, Engineering or relevant field.
• COC Class 1 Master/Engineer certification as required by maritime operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee fleet and group quality performance, ensuring robust non-conformance management and audit readiness.
• Promote continuous improvement culture across operations and project execution.
• Lead HiPo incidents, LTI events, and major environmental breaches with root-cause analysis.
• Establish and maintain quality standards aligned with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the IMS quality procedures, work instructions and forms; approve changes.
• Develop fleet-wide quality strategy, policy, and annual objectives aligned with corporate goals.
