Qualifications

• Strong cashflow, financial and commercial analysis skills.
• Understanding of distress, debt and restructuring concepts.
• Ability to write clear reports and support negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver workstreams, coach Associates, identify issues and elevate them with practical recommendations.
• Analyze liquidity, cash flow, debt capacity and stakeholder positions
• Prepare or review short-term cash-flow forecasts, options analysis and restructuring plans
• Support independent business reviews, contingency planning and negotiations
• Identify key risks, sensitivities and information gaps
• Coordinate stakeholders and produce clear reports for decision making
• Review selected work of Associates and provide practical coaching
• Contribute to proposals, knowledge development and internal initiatives
