Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate in Deals, Performance & Restructuring to help clients navigate crises, improve liquidity, and optimise balance sheets. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to assess options, model scenarios, and implement sustainable solutions.

You’ll join the PwC Professional framework, demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and client service, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline and/or a professional accounting qualification.
CFA candidate will be advantage.
Experience in corporate and debt restructurings and corporate insolvencies would be added advantage.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with an ability to understand key business drivers.
Strong leadership, teamwork and client servicing skills.
Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
Candidates with Audit or Legal experience are welcome to apply.

Support clients to survive crises or fix gaps in their organisation.
Help reduce balance sheet stress, generate cash, and reduce costs or refinance to access capital.
Work as part of a problem-solving team from strategy to execution.
