Swarovski is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Global Business Services/Controlling team. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and robust financial reporting for cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring data quality and actionable insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration with local and corporate teams, advanced Excel, ERP fluency, and experience with SAP/Power BI. Hybrid work options and opportunities for growth are on offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in controlling, financial reporting, or finance operations.
• Degree/master in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• ACCA/CIMA/CPA completed or in progress is an advantage.
• Strong experience in financial accounting and management reporting.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills; ERP experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Analysis for Office, and/or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope management and financial reporting for stakeholders.
• Own Budget and Rolling Forecast activities following controlling guidelines.
• Partner with local and corporate controllers to interpret figures.
• Ensure high data quality and drive reporting improvements.
