Job summary

Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd is a leading retail asset management company behind Malaysia’s iconic Suria KLCC, Alamanda Shopping Centre, and Mesra Mall. We seek a detail-oriented professional to review closing and financial reports, monitor monthly statements, and support audits and budgeting processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accountancy (ACCA/CPA a plus) and about 5 years in general ledger accounting, with strong Excel and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent required.
• ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Around 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting or related field.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure completion of financial reporting per SOPs and authority limits.
• Corrective actions for non-compliance; ensure accuracy for month-end reporting.
• Update and monitor balance sheet and P&L schedules monthly.
• Monitor bank balances, bank reconciliations, and fix deposits.
• Support annual budget process and assist audits/tax with documentation.
