Hyppies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager/Financial Controller to shape the next stage of growth in a fast-growing FMCG business in Malaysia (Selangor).

The role covers statutory accounting, reporting, tax, audit, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow, with close partnership to founders on profitability, pricing and business performance. Qualifications

• Finance leader with FMCG/retail/e-commerce or distribution exposure.
• Strong understanding of MFRS, tax, statutory accounting and audit.
• Commercially minded with finance business partnering capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead full spectrum of Finance: accounting, reporting, tax, audit, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Partner with founders and management on commercial decisions, profitability and pricing.
• Oversee inventory, margins, working capital, and distribution activities.
• Identify gaps and build/improve processes, controls and SOPs as the business scales.
• Provide financial visibility through analysis, forecasting and business insights.
• Support portfolio expansion and regional growth.

We’re looking for a hands-on Finance professional to join a fast-growing FMCG business and play a key role in shaping the next stage of its growth.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers, close to the business, and close to the action – not someone who wants to simply review reports and tick boxes.

• Lead the full spectrum of Finance -- statutory accounting, reporting, tax, audit, budgeting, forecasting & cash flow
• Partner closely with the founders and management team on commercial decisions, profitability, pricing and business performance
• Work across inventory, SKU costing, margins, distribution, logistics and working capital
• Identify gaps and build / improve processes, controls and SOPs as the business scales
• Drive better financial visibility through analysis, forecasting and business insights
• Support the business as it expands its product portfolio and regional footprint

What we’re looking for:

• Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller with FMCG, retail, e-commerce, trading or distribution exposure
• Strong understanding of MFRS, tax, statutory accounting and audit
• Commercially minded with good business acumen and Finance Business Partnering capability
• Someone who is hands‑on, proactive and comfortable getting into the details
• A natural problem-solver / builder who sees a gap and thinks, “How can we make this better?”
• Ideally with Big 4 / audit experience, but strong commercial FMCG experience is equally valued
