Job summary

The Flexi Group is a collection of flexible workspace brands across Asia Pacific and Australia. We seek a Senior Account Executive to manage daily finance tasks and ensure accurate reporting, working closely with the Regional Finance Manager and Operations team.

You will handle journal entries, month-end closes, cash flow forecasts, and liaise with auditors to support the financial health of the business. Strong Excel skills and finance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• University degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting duties, including financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Prepare general journal entries, cash flow projections, and bank reconciliation.
• Handle month-end closing, balance sheets and P&L statements.
• Prepare monthly consolidated accounts and tax computations.
• Liaise with auditors and collate documentation for year-end audit.
• Monitor cash flow and provide monthly updates with inputs.
• Support monthly payroll and maintain records.
• Process invoice billing and liaison with clients, suppliers, and partners.
