Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive, Finance (GL) to manage daily GL operations, process journal entries, and support month-end closings.

You will prepare balance sheet schedules, monitor accruals and intercompany transactions, ensure compliance with policies, and assist in financial reporting, audits, and tax matters. Retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification such as ACCA/ICAEW.
• 3–5 years of experience in general ledger (GL) accounting.
• Experience in AR/AP is an added advantage.
• Experience in audit is an added advantage.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger accounting and journal entries.
• Perform month-end closing and account reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and supporting documents.
• Monitor accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in financial reporting, audit, and tax matters.
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
