Suntory Beverage & Food Asia PTE LTD invites applications for a General Ledger (GL) & Reporting Executive to join our finance team in Malaysia. You will help ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role requires solid GL and accounting skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. A relevant degree and 3–5 years of experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3-5 years in GL accounting/financial reporting.
• Experience with external audits and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audits.
• Analyze financial results and explain variances.
• Assist in cash flow reporting, forecasting, and planning.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
