Sunway Group is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive - Finance in Iskandar Puteri, Johor to support finance operations. The role involves providing data to the Shared Service Centre (FSSC), reviewing financial reports, and ensuring accurate accounting and tax computations.

You will prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, monitor current and HDA accounts, support audits, and contribute to budgets and forecasts. Strong Excel and accounting system experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, audit or commercial finance.
• Experience with a property developer or HDA is an added advantage.
• Strong in financial and variance analysis; proficient in Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems (IFCA, SAP).
• Good communication with banks, auditors and JV partners.

Responsabilités

• Provide data and supporting documents to the Shared Service Centre (FSSC) and review financial reports.
• Liaise with FSSC to manage cash flow and tax computations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and Group Finance.
• Manage current accounts and HDA accounts to ensure timely payments and compliance with regulations.
• Review audit schedules and assist in audit processes by providing documents.
• Prepare annual budgets, business plans, forecasts and analyze variances against actuals.
• Ensure tax compliance, filing and payments to avoid penalties.
• Coordinate with banks and external parties on finance-related matters.
