Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in finance control.
• Prefer maritime or financial industry background.
• Bachelor Accounting Degree or related field.
• Bachelor Degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly results (Management / Flash / Forecast) at standard costs.
• Collate and compile information to prepare activity budget for Assistant Manager’s review.
• Prepare gap analysis between actuals and estimates; perform first-level business analysis and highlight anomalies or significant deviations.
• Assist in performance studies for Line and Finance Management.
• Act as a true Business Partner.
• Obtain, validate and extract information from systems to produce reports and perform data analysis.
• Ensure accuracy in the computation of standard costs and revise as needed.
• Collate and compile dashboards/indicators to support decision making.
• Prepare profitability analysis as required by Superior.
• Attend to ad-hoc requests and contribute to problem solving for period close issues.
• Support periodic Financial Control reporting and other projects.
