Peoplelake Resources Sdn. Bhd. in Bayan Lepas, Penang, seeks a Senior Finance Analyst for Budgeting and Reporting. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting across portfolios and ensure donor compliance under the Budgeting and Reporting Manager.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, partial CPA/ACCA, ERP experience, and strong analytical and stakeholder skills. Hybrid role with flexi hours; salary RM5,000–RM9,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
• Partial professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent) is preferred; master's degree is an advantage.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and month-end reporting across portfolios.
• Monitor transactions, ensure compliance with internal controls and donor requirements.
• Review ERP records for accuracy and support business decisions with financial insights.
• Provide financial guidance to project leads and management on budgeting and cost allocation.
• Mentor finance teams across offices and portfolios; improve workflows and reporting.
