Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Shah Alam, Selangor is seeking a Senior Filling & Packing Engineer to drive operations excellence across our filling and packing lines.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong mechanical troubleshooting, and collaboration with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in manufacturing or FMCG, experience with TPM/Kaizen/RCA concepts, and a comfort with continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in manufacturing, production, filling & packing, or FMCG industries.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in Beverage, Food, FMCG, or Packaging industries preferred.
• Automation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, RCA, or 5 Why advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support filling and packing production lines to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
• Improve line efficiency, reliability, and Asset Intensity (AI)
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Hygiene, and Food Safety requirements
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical teams
