Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or R&D in the food business.
• Experience delivering projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging innovations for the factory, including product and process improvements.
• Lead technical releases for the factory and ensure product compliance.
• Ensure quality, food safety and regulatory compliance by design.
• Drive new product development procedures and guidelines; manage change as needed.
• Develop innovations in the factory and ensure products meet strategic targets.
• Assess team competencies and develop training plans to build capabilities.
• Improve existing products and packaging solutions; manage recipes and ingredients knowledge.
• Maintain process mastery and establish labor standards for existing and new products.
• Support manufacturing strategy development and ensure robust documentation in systems.
