You will support production lines, troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime, and lead improvement initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, and food safety across

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, production, filling & packing, or FMCG industries.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in Beverage, Food, FMCG, or Packaging industries preferred.
• Automation experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support filling and packing production lines to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
• Improve line efficiency, reliability, and Asset Intensity (AI)
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Hygiene, and Food Safety requirements
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical teams
