The role covers on-site installation, calibration, and integration of complex machinery, with emphasis on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and customer training to ensure high uptime and yield.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of hands-on field service or equipment engineering experience in semiconductor assembly/electronics manufacturing.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• Proficient at reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&ID diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with motion control systems, sensors, and robotics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills under high-pressure, cleanroom environments.

• Equipment Installation & Setup: On-site installation, calibration, and integration of complex semiconductor machinery.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance: Schedule maintenance routines, performance checks, and system upgrades.
• Customer Support & Training: Act as the primary technical interface, providing operational guidance and basic operator training.
• Technical Reporting: Document service activities and spare parts usage using CRM/ERP systems.
