Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in business development, B2B sales or client-facing sales.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or real estate backgrounds is a plus.
• Proven ability to track leads and maintain a robust pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Study territory to map workshop clusters and identify coverage gaps.
• Create a prioritised target list of workshops and prospects.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing channels.
• Conduct 4–5 client visits daily to drive engagement and opportunities.
• Build relationships with workshop owners and decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects on business background, requirements and investment level.
• Maintain follow-up with prospects until a clear outcome is achieved.
