Qualifications

• Over 4 years of experience in AI, ML, data science, software engineering, or related tech domains.
• Hands-on with LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, or CV solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks; experience with cloud AI services.
• Strong problem-solving to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Experience in solution design, POCs, and customer-facing tech projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mandatory Mandarin proficiency.

As a Senior AI Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise AI solutions across document intelligence and computer vision domains. Working closely with customers, sales teams, and regional stakeholders, you'll help turn business requirements into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable impact.

• Design and deliver AI solutions leveraging LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and Computer Vision technologies
• Develop innovative document intelligence solutions, including enterprise knowledge management and workflow automation
• Partner with customers to understand business requirements, conduct demonstrations, and provide technical guidance
• Create solution architectures, implementation plans, and technical proposals
• Collaborate with regional teams to localize and deploy AI solutions for diverse business environments
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides
• Contribute to reusable AI frameworks, best practices, and delivery standards to enhance project efficiency

Profile

A successful Senior AI Solutions Engineer should have:

• Over 4 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related technology domains
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, or Computer Vision solutions
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience working with AI/ML frameworks and cloud-based AI services
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions
• Experience in solution design, proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical implementation, or customer-facing technology projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Mandarin (Mandatory)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and regional teams
• A passion for emerging technologies and a continuous learning mindset in the rapidly evolving AI landscape

Job Offer
