Job summary

You will work with advanced FA equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment, develop procedures, train technicians, and drive continuous improvement in lab operations while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in electronics or applied science with emphasis on semiconductor physics.
• Experience in failure analysis and fault localization techniques.
• Ability to read system-level and IC schematics and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis on semiconductor components and modules from production and customer returns.
• Operate and maintain failure analysis equipment and test fixtures.
• Develop, review, and update failure analysis procedures and instructions.
• Explore and implement new failure analysis techniques and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and training on failure analysis methods.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, defect analysis, and lab operations.
• Support ESH compliance and safe laboratory practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Present findings and innovations in internal forums and conferences.
