Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Penang seeks a Site Lead (Senior Manager) for Integrated Facilities Management to lead 1.2 million sq ft of office and lab space and 2.5 million sq ft of parking. You will drive safety, performance, governance, and client satisfaction across engineering, workplace services, EHS, projects, procurement and finance.

You will build a high-performing matrix team, own budgeting and cost optimization, and champion continuous improvement through data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience within Facilities Management, Engineering Operations, or Integrated Facilities Management.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, matrixed organizations in multinational environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Workplace Services, EHS, Projects, Finance, and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all IFM services at the site.
• Ensure contractual obligations, service levels, and KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
• Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and flawless execution.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of building systems, utilities, and labs.
• Lead governance reviews, executive stakeholder engagements, and risk management.
