Job summary

JLL in Malaysia is seeking an Account Director to lead the Integrated Facilities Management site in Bayan Lepas and guide a broad, matrixed team across Workplace Services, EHS, Projects, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance. You will ensure safe, reliable operations and deliver contractual outcomes.

You will shape the client relationship, own commercial performance, drive continuous improvement, and champion innovation while developing future leaders for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Facilities Management or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage large, matrixed teams across functions.
• Strong client relationship management and strategic budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and strategic partnerships with the client.
• Oversee site operations for IFM services and ensure KPI delivery.
• Drive safety, governance, risk management and compliance.
