Job summary

ACC HESed SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Executive to lead procurement and logistics for its Food & Beverage operations in Malaysia. The role focuses on sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, inventory control, and coordinating inbound/outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery and food safety compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Bachelor's in supply chain disciplines, at least 3 years in purchasing/logistics in F&B or hospitality, and strong

• Requires Diploma or Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in purchasing and logistics within F&B or hospitality.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing supplier performance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for ingredients, packaging, equipment, and operations supplies.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, delivery, and service; negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations in the F&B sector.
• Ensure timely procurement aligned with production and sales forecasts.
• Plan and manage inbound/outbound logistics, including local and international shipments.
• Coordinate with warehousing and production for smooth material flow.
• Maintain documentation for import/export, customs, and compliance.
• Work with 3PL providers to ensure efficient and compliant delivery.
• Oversee inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and implement controls.
• Maintain FIFO and HACCP-compliant storage for food products.
