NTT DATA Payment Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an analytically minded professional to support the sales team with technical expertise during client meetings, analyze merchant requirements, and recommend payment solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as stated in the requirements.
• 2–5 years of experience in payment solutions, fintech, technical support, pre-sales, or merchant services.
• Basic to intermediate IT systems understanding; exposure to APIs, system integration or information security is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python).
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization/reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-orientation, and multi-deadline management with a customer focus.

• Support the sales team in acquiring new merchants by providing technical expertise during client meetings.
• Analyze merchant business and technical requirements and recommend suitable payment solutions.
• Coordinate merchant onboarding, including payment gateway and API integrations.
• Work with merchant IT teams to conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and implementation support.
• Track project timelines and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful merchant go-live.
• Support and coordinate day-to-day business activities, projects, new initiatives, internal and external requests, process improvements, system enhancements, and other business requirements as assigned from time to time.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate requirements, resolve issues and follow up on outstanding matters and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and maintain relevant trackers and other business documentation.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboard and business performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in payment solutions, fintech, technical support, pre-sales, or merchant services.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of IT systems and technical concepts; exposure to APIs, system integration, information security or payment systems is an advantage.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of programming language (e.g., "Python")
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts across different department and to non-technical clients
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details and ability to manage multiple deadlines, problem-solving, and project coordination skills with a customer-focused mindset.
