Job summary

Carro, Asia-Pacific’s leading online automotive marketplace, seeks a senior Learning & Development leader in Malaysia to drive training strategy, reporting, and LMS content creation for our consumer finance and dealer networks.

You will oversee implementation, stakeholder management, and learner support, ensuring high-impact programs that accelerate revenue growth, partnerships, and regional capability across Subang Jaya and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Consumer Finance, Auto Finance, Banking, Leasing, Fintech, or Credit Financing.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing business development, sales, or commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of Hire Purchase, Credit Term financing, credit risk management, collections, and dealer management.
• Experience working with automotive marketplaces, dealer ecosystems, or regional business operations is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Documentation: Requires meticulous reporting and documentation of all training activities and learner progress.
• LMS Creation: Responsible for the creation and development of engaging and effective learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• LMS Support: Involves providing ongoing support to learners and instructors regarding the utilization and functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Others: Ad-hoc assignment allocated by supervisor.

About your role
