Job summary

Carro, Asia-Pacific’s leading online automotive marketplace, is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development professional in Malaysia to lead reporting, LMS content creation and user support. You'll work within a people-centric team enabling growth across markets.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in consumer finance or related fields, you’ll drive learning initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and help expand partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Consumer Finance, Auto Finance, Banking, Leasing, Fintech, or Credit Financing.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing business development, sales, or commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of Hire Purchase, Credit Term financing, credit risk management, collections, and dealer management.
• Experience working with automotive marketplaces, dealer ecosystems, or regional business operations is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Requires meticulous reporting and documentation of all training activities and learner progress.
• Responsible for the creation and development of engaging and effective learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Involves providing ongoing support to learners and instructors regarding the utilization and functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Ad-hoc assignment allocated by supervisor.

About your role

Reporting & Documentation
