Job summary

Hatch Asia is seeking a Senior Search & Market Intelligence Analyst to lead end-to-end executive search delivery and to produce high-quality market intelligence that supports retained search, leadership assessment, and advisory work.

You will enable senior partners to operate at higher strategic and commercial leverage by mapping talent flows, benchmarking compensation, coordinating client engagements, and contributing insights to client proposals.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end delivery for retained and selected contingent search assignments.
• Conduct market mapping across defined sectors, functions, and geographies.
• Build and maintain longlists and shortlists; conduct outreach and pre-interviews.
• Prepare client-ready candidate profiles, interview notes, and summaries.
• Coordinate interview logistics, feedback loops and timelines.
• Contribute market intelligence briefs to pitches and leadership projects.
• Maintain up-to-date intelligence on target companies and leadership trends.
