Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Risk Management Executive to support loss control inspections, prepare action plans, and coordinate with external surveyors for a seamless risk management process. The role involves supporting RBCMC meetings, monitoring iRisk system activities, and assisting in risk trend analysis for Resorts operations.

The incumbent will liaise with multiple departments, perform administrative duties, and contribute to process improvement projects within a leading leisure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, BCM or Safety Compliance/Auditing.

Responsibilities

• Manage loss control inspections and prepare action plans with recommended actions; ensure follow-through within agreed timeframes.
• Liaise with external insurance surveyor to coordinate scheduling and logistics with stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating risk documents for RBCMC meetings and iRisk system requests.
• Assist in risk meeting arrangements and facilitation workshops; perform administrative duties.
• Identify and research upcoming risk trends for Resorts operations.
• Support ad-hoc enhancement projects such as process/system automation and documentation improvements.

Job description

Managing loss control inspections, preparing report with recommended actions plans for all finding raised; and follow through to completion within the agreed stipulated timeframe

Liaison to the external insurance surveyor to coordinate the scheduling and logistics with all relevant stakeholders

Assist in coordinating with all stakeholders and compilation of all relevant risk documents/information submitted for the GENM Risk and Business Continuity Management Committee (RBCMC) Meeting;

Assist in coordinating and monitoring the progress of the half yearly risk assessment review (iRisk system) and manage all iRisk system related requests/enquiries;

Assist in risk meeting/facilitation workshop arrangements and other administrative duties;

Assist in research and identifying the upcoming trend of risk related to the Resorts operations;

Assist in ad-hoc enhancement projects such as process/system automation, streamlining documentations, etc.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university in a relevant discipline, with academic/prior work exposure to Risk Management, Business Administration, Governance, Audit, Compliance, Sustainability, Health & Safety or related fields

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in Risk Management, BCM or Safety Compliance/Auditing, with a focus on operational risk and workplace safety. Equivalent work experiences will also be considered;
