• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, OEE, lean tools, 5S, kaizen, problem-solving and process control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate daily production operations at Tanjung Malim to achieve production volume, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
• Manage manpower deployment, production performance, OEE, man-hour/pc, pcs/hr, scrap, downtime, and production abnormalities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, TQM, Safety, and other supporting departments to ensure stable plant operations.
• Provide timely production performance reporting, escalation, and countermeasure proposals to manufacturing management.

The incumbent in this role will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining product quality, workplace safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Description

Lead and coordinate daily production operations at Tanjung Malim to achieve production volume, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.

Manage manpower deployment, production performance, OEE, man-hour/pc, pcs/hr, scrap, downtime, and production abnormalities.

Coordinate cross-functional activities with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, TQM, Safety, and other supporting departments to ensure stable plant operations.

Provide timely production performance reporting, escalation, and countermeasure proposals to manufacturing management.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field. Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge of manufacturing operations, OEE, lean tools, 5S, kaizen, problem-solving and process control. Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.

Minimum 5-7 years manufacturing experience, preferably automotive, with at least 2-3 years in Production supervisory / team leadership responsibility.
