Job summary

IOI Properties Group Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive - Operations for the IOIPG Foundation to coordinate and monitor Foundation programmes and community engagement activities in Putrajaya.

The role involves planning logistics, managing stakeholders, tracking progress, and preparing reports for management, with strong project management and communication skills required. The position requires collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in operations, programme coordination or project management.
• Experience with NGOs, Foundation programmes, community engagement or CSR is an added advantage.

Senior Executive - Operations (IOIPG Foundation)

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the implementation of Foundation programmes, initiatives and community engagement activities to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Plan and coordinate programme logistics, schedules, resources and operational requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Track programme progress, deliverables and outcomes, and prepare regular reports, updates and presentations for management review.
• Manage and maintain programme databases, records, documentation and filing systems to ensure information is accurate, complete and readily accessible.
• Work closely with internal departments, NGOs, community organisations, vendors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth programme implementation.
• Provide on-ground coordination and operational support for Foundation programmes, events and activities, including site visits and community engagement activities when required.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in operations, programme coordination, project management, community engagement or a similar capacity.
• Previous experience or involvement in NGOs, Foundation programmes, community engagement, social impact programmes or CSR initiatives will be an added advantage.
• Strong project management, organisational and time-management skills.
• Proven experience in coordinating programmes or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful and positive working attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with people at different levels.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines effectively.
