Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain approvals and permits for project construction from planning to completion.
• Coordinate design with consultants to finalize drawings and timely submissions.
• Oversee construction to ensure contract compliance, quality, and schedule.
• Ensure quality assurance and defect-free construction across phases.
• Manage project budget and financial controls to stay on budget.
• Contribute ideas for innovative, marketable project outcomes.

What you'll be doing?

• Obtain Approvals: Secure all necessary permits and certificates for project construction, from layout plans to completion.
• Coordinate Design: Work closely with consultants to finalize designs and ensure timely submission of drawings.
• Oversee Construction: Monitor building works to ensure adherence to contracts, specifications, and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure construction is defect-free and meets desired quality levels.
• Budget Management: Keep projects within budget and on schedule.
• Innovation: Contribute ideas for marketable and superior project outcomes.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years in mixed development projects, with consulting experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge in civil, structural, quantity surveying, and architectural works.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead a project team and coordinate with various departments.
• Government Liaison: Experience in dealing with government authorities for approvals and permits.
• Certifications: Familiarity with ISO, IBS, Q-LLASIC, and CONQUAS systems.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure, with discipline, integrity, and commitment.
