BMW Group Malaysia invites a Senior Executive, New Business to join BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia. You will handle credit assessment and contract settlements for retail finance applications from dealers and corporate introducers, upholding high quality credit and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, data accuracy, process alignment with risk guidelines, and continuous staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Good knowledge and exposure in credit underwriting of consumer and/or corporate banking.
• Strong understanding of loan risk factors and knowledge of credit processes.
• Possesses comprehensive financial analysis and good writing skills.
• Able to consolidate, analyse and summarize data independently and make sound recommendations for loan approvals.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for credit assessment and contract settlement on all retail finance applications for BMW dealers and Corporate accounts introducers including equipment vendors.
• Provide premium service levels, a strong focus on maintaining and improving credit and compliance quality, develop stakeholder relationships, deliver continuous improvement and focus on staff development and engagement.
• Responsible for the achievement of New Business targets and customer and dealer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the application of mandatory process management tools and methods.
• Responsible to consult partners of the organization in all aspects of products and credit decision making and to offer alternative solutions.
• Responsible to ensure the highest level of data quality and accuracy.
• Responsible for aligning the operational processes with New Business guideline, Risk guideline and compliance requirements.
