Zusammenfassung

SD Guthrie International (SDGI) seeks a Learning & Development professional to identify needs, design and coordinate training programmes, and evaluate outcomes. You will work with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver high‑quality learning solutions that align with business priorities.

The role requires hands‑on experience coordinating programmes, LMS administration and knowledge of HRD Corp grants. A hybrid work setup in Malaysia is offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business or related discipline, or relevant qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR supporting learning initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating programmes with stakeholders and training providers.
• Familiarity with LMS administration and evaluation practices.

Aufgaben

• Identify learning needs and plan development programmes aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end programme delivery including scheduling, logistics and communications.
• Liaise with external training providers and manage RFPs, proposals and vendor evaluations.
• Administer LMS records, monitor budgets and prepare periodic training reports.

Support workforce capability development by identifying learning needs and coordinating the planning, design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development programmes aligned with business priorities. Work with internal stakeholders and external learning providers to deliver programmes within approved budgets and timelines, maintain accurate learning records, administer available training grants and provide insights into participation, utilisation and programme effectiveness.

• Assist in conducting learning needs analyses and identifying capability gaps for targeted employee groups.
• Plan, design and coordinate learning and development programmes aligned with business objectives, departmental needs and approved budgets.
• Consolidate training requirements across business units and headquarters to support effective resource and budget utilisation.

Programme Delivery & Vendor Management

• Coordinate end-to-end programme delivery, including scheduling, participant communications, logistics and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and liaise with external training providers; support requests for proposals (RFPs), vendor shortlisting and technical and commercial evaluations.
• Prepare programme proposals and approval papers; monitor vendor performance, programme quality, costs and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate internal learning initiatives, including core, functional, project-based and elective programmes.

Learning Administration & Reporting

• Maintain complete and accurate training records in the learning management system (LMS) and relevant databases.
• Prepare periodic reports on training participation, utilisation, expenditure and programme outcomes.
• Coordinate HRD Corp grant applications and claims in accordance with applicable requirements and internal procedures.
• Administer learning assessments and post‑training evaluations to measure programme effectiveness.
• Analyse participation data, evaluation feedback and stakeholder input to recommend improvements to learning programmes and processes.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Psychology or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or a related HR function.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating learning programmes and working with stakeholders and training providers.
• Familiarity with learning platforms, LMS administration and learning evaluation practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills.
• Experience in L&D process improvement and HRD Corp grant administration is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
