Job summary

Averis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive, Finance to manage month-end processes and ensure timely financial reporting. You will oversee payment cycles, balance sheet reviews, and cost & controlling activities within defined SLAs.

As part of the finance team, you will interact with business groups, respond to audits, and support statutory reporting, management reporting, and ad-hoc requests. A strong eye for accuracy and timeliness is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform month end activities within agreed SLA timeline.
• Advise function teams on payment proposal run on schedule basis or urgent basis and ensure payment is executed timely.
• Review balance sheet aging on monthly basis and advise necessarily action to be taken.
• Review GST/GTP/BNM related report (if any).
• Manage cost & controlling daily activities, perform cost reconciliation, and prepare costing reports and analysis.
• Review monthly/quarterly/year-end reports for group and internal/statutory reporting as prepared by analysts.
• Manage and resolve issues raised by Business Groups.
• Manage and resolve issues and queries related to daily tasks and systems; raise issues to RGM CSC management with resolutions.
• Respond to compliance audits and audit queries.
• Manage ad-hoc requests from Business Groups.

Manage and resolve issue raised by Business Groups. 8. Managing and resolve issues, queries related to daily task and system. Raise issues, where necessary, to RGM Common Services Centre’s management with resolution for improvement. 9. Respond to compliance audits and audit queries. 1.
