Job summary

DKSH in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned professional to own the day-to-day stability, performance, and continuous improvement of MYHEC Digital Platforms. You will troubleshoot, coordinate UAT, and align with CSSC to ensure business value and a seamless user experience.

You will gather requirements, manage enhancements, monitor performance, and act as the primary liaison with business teams to drive timely delivery. Experience in healthcare tech and strong stakeholder communication are crucial.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Business, or related disciplines.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in digital platforms, business analysis, system support, project coordination or related functions.
• Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and issue management.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day stability, performance and continuous improvement of Malaysia Healthcare (MYHEC) Digital Platforms.
• Lead troubleshooting activities, root cause analysis and issue resolution with CSSC and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, bug fixes and new functionalities.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for platform enhancements and process improvements.
• Manage enhancement requests from initiation through implementation and post-launch review.
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and CSSC to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Maintain platform documentation, issue logs and enhancement registers.
• Undertake any other assignment by the management from time to time.
