Job summary

CMS I-Systems Sdn Bhd in Kuching is seeking a Senior Executive, Data Migration and Reporting to design SQL/PLSQL reports, build data migrations for master and transaction tables, and develop BI dashboards for client requirements.

You will gather requirements, test deployments, deploy reports to clients, document migration strategies, create ETL jobs, and mentor team members while managing stakeholder relationships to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Bachelor of Computer Application / Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification.
• IT Skills such as (Operating Systems, Excel, Powerpoint Word), Knowledge of any Programming Language (Java / C# / .Net), Knowledge of SQL and PL / SQL;
• Experience in Business Intelligence Tools / Database (Oracle / Postgre) / ETLTools (Talend Open Studio);
• Being a self-starter with solid interpersonal skills, projecting a very positive customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create views/functions/procedures for reporting in SQL/PLSQL.
• Create data migration job for master tables/Transaction Tables.
• Create and maintain tabular reports and Dashboards in BI tools as per customer requirement.
• Requirement gathering from client for reporting and documenting the requirements.
• Testing and preparing Deployment documents for reports, and deploying reports and dashboards as per requirement.
• Responsible to deploy reports to client.
• Create Documentations (Migration Strategy Documents & Data Migration Templates).
• Creating Jobs for data flow from original sources to the target database.
• Extensive testing of jobs.
• Validate data as per source system.
• Analyze, extract, map, transform and migrate legacy data.
• Maintaining the Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) process and database.
• Responsible for end-to-end Project Deployment.
• Building and Mentoring team members.
• Maintaining long-term client relationships and networks.
• Complete the project assignments within defined scope, budget and committed timelines.
• Professional Coordination with Internal and External Customers on Key Updates and Support.
