Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad is seeking an experienced Event & Communications Manager to lead corporate events across our campuses and facilities. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor events, manage venue setup, AV, catering, registration, and on-site operations with an emphasis on quality and safety.

You will also oversee workplace communications channels, engage stakeholders, analyze data, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve the overall event programme and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in event management or related roles.
• Experience in corporate events and VIP management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, monitoring, and control of corporate events and functions.
• Manage workplace communications channels for event activities.
• Coordinate space setup, equipment, scheduling, and resources with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Oversee vendors, caterers, and suppliers across pre-, during, and post-event phases.
