Job summary

CelcomDigi Bhd is seeking an experienced Events and Workplace Experience Lead to plan and oversee corporate events across campuses. You will coordinate space, equipment, vendors, and budgets while ensuring service quality and policy compliance.

You will analyze data, prepare reports, and drive digital enhancements to improve event experiences. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in event management, workplace experience, hospitality, facilities management, project management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, lead the planning process, and oversee the monitoring and control of all corporate events and functions held at CD Tower, CD Hub, and regional campuses.
• Manage all Workplace communication channels to facilitate event-related activities, updates, feedback, promotions, and communications, including but not limited to events and facilities operations.
• Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate space setup, equipment, scheduling, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Deliver value-added and seamless event experiences for organisers and attendees, ensuring adherence to established service quality standards.
• Prepare regular reports, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to management on the overall workplace event programme and daily operations.
• Monitor, resolve, escal, follow up on, and close event-related issues and feedback received through all available communication channels in an effective and timely manner.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor the performance and deliverables of vendors, caterers, and suppliers throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
