Job summary

Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Event Planning Manager to assist with the efficient running of the Events department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

You will oversee planning and coordination of events, ensuring all operational requirements are executed to the highest standards, while building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in events, preferably in events planning within the hospitality industry.
• University degree/diploma in Hospitality, Tourism management or relevant courses.
• Proven track record of planning and executing corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and time management skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency.
