Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Event Coordinator to lead all aspects of planning and execution for corporate events. You will drive the concept-to-delivery process, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and guests.

You will liaise with clients, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and oversee on-site operations, ensuring deadlines are met and brand guidelines are followed. A diploma in related fields and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience coordinating events (internships, freelance, or agency work acceptable).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning tools such as Adobe, Keynote, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand event goals, budgets, and expectations.
• Source and manage vendors (caterers, decorators, AV, etc.).
• Prepare and manage event timelines and production schedules.
