Job summary

Shell is seeking a Senior Business Analyst within the IGU BE team to drive end-to-end ERP change delivery across ADC, Blueprint, BG SAP ERPs and Maximo, partnering with business processes and IT to achieve simplification, automation and performance.

You will own the ISM governance, lead Retrofit R2.2 testing, and work with PO and process experts to stabilize solutions post-go-live, ensuring security and access management alignment across the organization.

• Proven project management experience in complex programs.
• Solid understanding of ERP usage in Shell upstream business.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and GPOs.

Responsibilities

• Own the ISM toolkit/materials and drive ever greening efforts.
• Lead testing activities for Retrofit R2.2, including scope, scripts and defect closure.
• Stabilize ADC post-hypercare and sustain Blueprint/BGSAP through ISM across Upstream/IG assets.
• Collaborate with IT-SOM and APFPs to ensure timely delivery with quality.
• Define fit-for-purpose business role revisions and coordinate SAM-related design impacts.
