Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager, Professional Services – ERP Solutions to lead ERP engagements from pre-sales through delivery, primarily SAP and Oracle.

This APAC-focused role partners with Sales, Solution Architects, and SMEs to scope, estimate, plan and execute complex ERP projects, with periodic travel to client locations. Qualifications

• 15+ years leading ERP delivery in SAP and/or Oracle environments.
• Cross-functional delivery across functional and technical workstreams including integrations, data, testing, cutover, and go-live stabilization.
• Deep experience in either functional ERP consulting or technical ERP delivery with strong risk management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales and scoping: define deliverables with Sales, Solution Architects, and SMEs.
• Delivery governance: oversee multiple projects and workstreams for predictable execution.
• Stakeholder management: lead governance forums, status reporting, and executive communications; manage escalations.
• Continuous improvement: contribute reusable assets and improve pre-sales engagements and delivery methods.
